Automated reminders on routine electronic monitoring tasks can improve client successes while freeing officers to spend more time on tasks that matter the most. SCRAM TouchPoint provides push notifications to a client’s phone to alert them to take action—like when it is time to charge their device, submit a breath test, or connect with their base station.
For use with or in place of electronic monitoring technologies, SCRAM TouchPoint enables clients to complete scheduled or on-demand check-ins right from their smartphone.
Clients can quickly answer a series of questions selected by their supervising agent, and verify or submit updates on key information such as current residence, employment, and contact with law enforcement. Submitted updates are flagged for review in the officer’s dashboard. The app also records a GPS location and client photo with each check-in to give officers additional insights into a client’s response.
