Lisa Fellows, VP of Customer Services

In her role as Chief Services Officer, Lisa has led the Customer Services organization from its infancy into a 24/7 operation supporting the full suite of SCRAM Systems products. Prior to joining the company in 2004, she spent 15 years as a member of the executive management team at Oracle, formerly JD Edwards & Company. She is a seasoned executive with experience in all aspects of marketing, information technology, product management, software engineering, quality assurance testing, and customer support and education. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
