SCRAM TouchPoint now offers resource sharing to aid in a client’s success. Agents can upload and store client services and support links and documents to TouchPoint for easy client access. Some common client resources that can be housed in TouchPoint include:

- Treatment centers
- Job interview tips
- Crisis assistance
Having links and documents readily available eliminates the need for officers to search for and locate this important information, ultimately saving time and increasing efficiency. This gives officers more time to focus on their clients and caseloads while removing cumbersome busy work.

Preferred Language Settings Expands Client Accessibility
English may not always be the primary language of many clients that use the TouchPoint app—but with the new language preferences feature, more language options are now available. For example, when selecting the additional languages setting within the app, clients will be prompted to choose English, Spanish, or French as their preferred language.
When choosing an alternate language, a client’s profile information will be displayed in their preferred language, as well as any messages they receive and send to their officer. And, TouchPoint can house up to six different languages for clients to choose from, increasing the ease of communication between officer and client.
These new TouchPoint features help support clients, enhance accessibility, and increase efficiency for supervising officers and agents.
