SCRAM GPS® 9 Plus & Ally®
Accurate and Reliable Monitoring

A Better GPS Monitoring Device

SCRAM GPS® 9 Plus combines superior location accuracy, an industry-leading strap design, and user-friendly software tools to help officers quickly identify and address issues in their caseloads.

For high-risk clients requiring 24/7 location monitoring, the SCRAM GPS® 9 Plus offers revolutionary tamper technology that virtually eliminates false alerts and provides near-instant notifications, enabling officers to act quickly. Additionally, extended battery life significantly reduces low and dead battery alerts, allowing officers to focus on managing clients and ensuring community safety.

SCRAM GPS® 9 Plus provides superior location monitoring for caseloads involving sex offenders, violent offenders, and domestic abuse cases. Furthermore, GPS location monitoring serves as a valuable alternative to incarceration for criminal justice services, helping officers supervise clients more effectively while enhancing community safety.

How It Works

The SCRAM GPS® ankle monitor provides real-time location tracking, using tamper-resistant technology to ensure security and reliability.

  • Customizable zones for law enforcement, prompting alerts and instant notifications if an offender enters restricted areas.
  • Google Maps to monitor client movement, reducing false alerts and improving supervision.
  • SCRAM Ally® app integrated for victim notification, alerting victims when offenders approach and providing added peace of mind.
  • Up to 40 hours of battery life for continuous monitoring.

SCRAM Ally® Victim Notification Mobile App

The SCRAM Ally Victim Notification mobile app works in conjunction with SCRAM GPS 9 Plus to ensure that when a GPS client is in proximity to the victim’s phone, both the victim and the supervising authorities are notified. The victim simply installs the Ally app onto their own Apple or Android smartphone and this allows location data to be sent to the SCRAM GPS server and identifies if the GPS client enters prohibited proximity zones.

SCRAM Ally may help provide peace of mind and empower the victim while giving officers additional insight into the location and actions of clients from their domestic violence and sex and violent offender caseloads.

SCRAM Ally Features

  • Proximity alerts to the victim via email, text, or push notification
  • Ability to send the victim additional notifications such as low battery, tamper
    alerts, or zone violations

  • Configurable victim mobile zone, and additional buffer zone radius
  • Mapping software allows officers to compare client and victim locations

  • Panic button calls 911 or custom emergency number
