Wisconsin Community Services, Inc. (WCS) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit agency with more than 40 programs that provide a variety of services in southeastern Wisconsin. WCS has been serving many of Milwaukee’s most disenfranchised and highest risk residents for 100 years. WCS is the largest distributor of SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM CAM) bracelets in southeastern Wisconsin and also provides the SCRAM One-Piece GPS. Currently, WCS provides electronic monitoring services in multiple counties throughout the state of Wisconsin. WCS is available to offer services to new entities interested in developing a continuous alcohol monitoring or GPS program.
WCS has extensive experience holding criminal justice offenders accountable though multiple types of monitoring, court supervision, residential offender reentry, mental health, alcohol/drug treatment, and drug and alcohol testing. The agency has been a long-time contractor with all levels of government including: the Federal Bureau of Prisons; Wisconsin Department of Corrections; Wisconsin Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse; Wisconsin Department of Transportation; Milwaukee County Behavioral Health; Milwaukee County House of Correction; Court Systems and Sheriff Departments in Milwaukee, Waukesha, and other SE Wisconsin Counties; and the City of Milwaukee.
