SCRAM of Hawaii provides SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring® for clients in the Island of Oahu, the Island of Maui, the Island of Kauai, the Island of Hawaii (Kona), and the Island of Hawaii (Hilo).
SCRAM of Hawaii is the leading provider of SCRAM Systems monitoring technologies in the western U.S. Along with our sister companies, SCRAM of California, SCRAM of Arizona, and SCRAM of Nevada, we provide support and services to 2,000 clients every day.
Our Mission
To help our clients maintain compliance with their specific requirements, and to help our court and agency partners maintain the highest standards for program compliance and positive outcomes.
What We Do
We provide 24/7 transdermal alcohol monitoring programming throughout the state of Hawaii. We serve clients sentenced by the court to abstain from alcohol consumption as a condition of their supervision. Since our first location in Nevada opened its doors in 2010, our team has worked with more than 30,000 individuals, supporting evidence-based alcohol treatment programs to improve long-term outcomes and reduce repeat, alcohol-involved offenses.
Making a Difference
Each and every day, 99.5% of our clients are completely sober and compliant. No drinking, no violations. And if there’s no drinking, there’s no drinking and re-offending. That’s higher than the national average and is a direct reflection of the quality of our client support program.
