Recovery Monitoring Solutions Corporation is a for – profit organization formed in January 1993, incorporated on June 30, 1995, and classified as a C-Corporation under federal income tax law. With more than 27 years’ experience providing community-based offender management services for criminal justice agencies, Recovery Monitoring Solutions Corporation offers continuous alcohol monitoring, breath-alcohol testing, global positioning system monitoring, urinalysis, drug patch, hair testing and substance abuse treatment and education programs.
From November 2011 to June 2019, Recovery Monitoring Solutions has opened sixteen (16) regional offices – including five (5) drug and alcohol testing facilities – in three states, increased its workforce by almost 100%, and nearly quadrupled the number of offenders participating in its programs while becoming the largest privately-owned provider of electronic alcohol monitoring services in the nation, the leading provider of outsourced drug testing collections services, and the dominant full service electronic monitoring provider in the State of Texas. Through the acquisition of another electronic monitoring firm on July 1, 2019, we now operate fifty (50) offices in seven (7) states and employ more than 320 skilled workers to track over 33,200 offenders.
