Electronic Monitoring Solutions (EMS) is an authorized SCRAM Systems Service Partner based out of Rocky Mount, Virginia. Our organization provides a number of options for both offender tracking and alcohol monitoring using only SCRAM certified state-of-the-art equipment. EMS services the cities of Bedford, Danville, Lynchburg, Radford, Salem, and the localities of Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Henry, Montgomery, Patrick, Pittsylvania, Pulaski, and Roanoke.
EMS staff have decades of experience providing electronic monitoring services and they excel at working with both adult and youth offenders. In addition, our organization has partnered with a number of courts and agencies to provide SCRAM Systems technologies to their localities. We have worked with a range of individuals and agencies including social workers, probation departments, attorneys, law enforcement, and numerous court systems.
Our ultimate goal is to support public safety while reducing the risk of re-offending. Our equipment is an important tool that helps the courts maintain awareness and monitor compliance.
