The CORE Program provides comprehensive services to the 19th Judicial Circuit of Florida. CORE Program’s primary goal is to provide substance abuse education and intervention services in an effort to change offender behavior, ensure compliance with court orders while focusing on public safety, and assist victims with their restitution efforts. CORE Program strives to make a positive impact on our clients in an effort to prevent further involvement with the criminal justice system through education and treatment programs, recommendations to the court, and networking with community agencies.
