Juanita Rodriguez, LADC, ICADC, NCACI, Q-SAP, CPC, is the Executive Director/Owner of ACCS, Inc. and has more than 30 years of experience in the substance abuse counseling field. In business since 2005, ACCS, Inc., provides outpatient substance abuse treatment services for the adult and youth populations in Nebraska’s District 12.
