Mike Machens

Mike joined SCRAM Systems in July 2011, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience as a partner in the private equity industry. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Finance for Amtech Corporation, Vice President of Finance for Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation, and CFO of Compco Computer Centers.

Mike is a CPA and began his career in the audit department of Arthur Young & Company. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
