As the Chief Technology & Products Officer at SCRAM Systems, Gurbinder Bali oversees the development of the company’s software products, including SCRAMNET, SCRAM GPS, SCRAM Nexus, SCRAM 24/7, and SCRAM Touchpoint. The software product group is a world-class team comprised of Product Management, User Interface Design, Development, Quality, and Architecture. The product teams are supported by DevSecOps Teams which include Security, SRE, DevOps, and Infrastructure Components for DataCenters, Cloud, and International Deployments. The teams have an excellent track record of building robust, highly intuitive enterprise-class software solutions, and exceeding the high expectations of SCRAM Systems’ customers.
Gurbinder joined SCRAM Systems in 2015 and has been part of the innovations journey to transform the organization into a solutions company. In his previous role at Oracle USA, Gurbinder was Director of Development, Quality Engineering, Product Strategy, and Labs. He was known at Oracle for driving product innovation, inter-team collaboration, and having an empathetic heart for customers. He is a published author of “Advanced Tuning for JD Edwards Implementations” and has a dozen patents for software inventions to his name. Gurbinder earned his Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Denver and Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
