Catherine leads the SCRAM Systems Consulting Services department and is responsible for driving customer adoption and utilization of our software products leading to customer success. Catherine has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry providing change engagement consulting, operational management, and strategic consulting in both public and private companies. She holds a Master of Arts from the University of Detroit and a Bachelor of Arts form the University of Michigan
