As an outcome of the Summit, we need to compile information about your SCRAM Systems EM programs to share with state legislators. Our hope is this information will help (1) amend SB144 to allow client pay for those who can afford to pay or (2) influence the legislature to provide funding for EM programs that might otherwise be reduced/eliminated.
