Julie Fogleman

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Julie translates business strategies into HR programs aligned with SCRAM Systems’ corporate culture. She brings to the team a wealth of experience developing and directing strategic corporate initiatives in early-stage and growth environments from her previous senior management roles working for domestic and international businesses.

Julie actively maintains her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification with the Human Resources Certification Institute and her Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification with the Society for Human Resource Management and holds a Master’s in Human Resource Administration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
