Halloween is no longer just for Trick-or-Treaters. The last decade has seen a spike in the number of adults who are mixing booze with their boos. This year more than 58 million adults plan to attend or host a Halloween party, and many of those spooky celebrations will include alcohol. DUIs and alcohol-involved incidents on All Hallows’ Eve are now a substantial issue across the country.
