Injury Prevention Resources

Injury Prevention Resources of Wyoming is a public, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization committed to saving lives across Wyoming.

IPR began providing services in 1987 as part of county government and was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) Wyoming nonprofit agency on July 1, 2000. IPR’s mission is to save lives and prevent traumatic injury to children, teens, and adults in Fremont County and throughout Wyoming. We accomplish our mission by reducing the incidence of impaired driving, increasing the correct use of child safety seats and safety belts, and by promoting the use of protective headgear for cycling, horseback riding, and other recreational activities. We provide direct services to residents in Fremont County and resources to communities throughout Wyoming.

“We save lives by decreasing the incidence of impaired driving, increasing the correct use of child safety seats and safety belts, and promoting safety when recreating.”
