Officials in Hawaii will soon be fitting DUI offenders with SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring, a tool aimed at cracking down on habitual drunk drivers.

The Prosecutors Office in Hawaii unveiled a new tool aimed at cracking down on habitual drunk drivers. SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring, which has been used to monitor 660,000 offenders throughout the U.S., can detect alcohol through sweat.
