Toby Leifer serves as Chief Manufacturing & Supply Chain Officer for SCRAM Systems, where he leads the company's manufacturing, supply chain, and continuous improvement initiatives. He is responsible for advancing operational excellence, strengthening supply chain resilience, and supporting the development and production of next-generation technologies across the organization. 

Since joining SCRAM Systems in 2019 as Director of Project Management, Toby has played a critical role in executing the company's most complex cross-functional initiatives. He has led strategic programs spanning product development, operational transformation, and organizational growth, helping drive alignment and execution across the business. 

Prior to SCRAM Systems, Toby built his career in the aviation and defense industry, serving in engineering and program leadership roles with responsibility for large-scale product development and testing programs. His experience spans the full product lifecycle, from early-stage design and laboratory testing through validation and final product certification. 

Toby combines a strong technical foundation with a proven ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
