Mike Russell serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for SCRAM Systems, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading human resources functions across global organizations, manufacturing environments, and private equity-backed companies. 

Mike oversees the company's people strategy, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and culture initiatives, helping ensure SCRAM Systems attracts, develops, and retains the talent needed to support long-term growth and operational excellence. 

Prior to joining SCRAM Systems, Mike held senior human resources leadership roles with Johnson Controls, Smiths Medical, Dover Corporation, and Emerson Automation Solutions. Throughout his career, he has partnered with global business leaders to drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management initiatives across operations in Europe, South America, Mexico, and the United States. 

Known for aligning people strategies with business objectives, Mike brings a global perspective and deep operational expertise to building high-performing teams and supporting organizational growth. 

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
