Marc Jourlait serves as Chairman of the Board for SCRAM Systems, bringing more than 30 years of global leadership experience across technology, consumer electronics, and private equity-backed businesses. 

Marc is an Operating Partner at Riverside Private Equity and serves as Chairman of SCRAM Systems following the merger of LifeSafer and SCRAM Systems. He works closely with the company's leadership team to support long-term strategy, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. 

Prior to joining Riverside, Marc served as Chief Executive Officer of Kodak Alaris, where he led the successful stabilization and transformation of the business in preparation for divestiture. Earlier in his career, he was Deputy CEO of Navico, a global leader in marine electronics, and Vice President and General Manager of Bose Europe, where he oversaw the company's European operations. 

Marc has also held senior leadership positions with several of the world's most recognized technology companies, including Apple, Hewlett-Packard, Seagate, and Technicolor. His experience spans general management, product strategy, marketing, and international business development across North America, Europe, and Asia. 

A citizen of France, the United States, and Canada, Marc has lived and worked internationally throughout his career. He holds an MBA from ESCP Business School in Paris.
