Joe Sovcik serves as Chief Financial Officer of SCRAM Systems, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, capital allocation, and performance management initiatives. He plays a key role in supporting sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation across the organization. 

Joe brings more than 20 years of experience spanning finance, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, and capital markets. Throughout his career, he has partnered with leadership teams to drive strategic growth initiatives, optimize financial performance, and support organizational transformation. 

Prior to joining SCRAM Systems, Joe held senior finance, M&A, and strategy leadership roles at private equity-backed companies in the financial services and healthcare sectors. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking, advising companies on corporate finance and transaction-related activities. 

Drawn to SCRAM Systems’ mission-driven focus, Joe is passionate about helping organizations achieve meaningful outcomes while maintaining strong financial discipline. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Denver and a Master of Science in Finance from San Diego State University.
